There are very few people who know the
date, and celebrate Pearl Harbor Day. The few who celebrate this holiday do
different things. Some people rest the whole day, and some people pray the whole
day. Other people make an annual visit to Pearl Harbor on Pearl Harbor Day.
Pearl Harbor day has become no more than
a mention on most calendars, however, the date represents a great blow to our
military in the South Pacific and the start of World War II for our country.
Take a few minutes today to remember those who have fallen and what the sacrifices
they and all of the men and women in military service have done to protect this
country and democracy.
